Obituary

On April 14, 2024, Mr. Steve Yaceyko of St. Paul passed away at the age of 78 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Gisele; son, Cory (Debbie Tchir); daughter, Tanya (Michael) O’Donnell; 2 grandchildren, Keilee Saunders & Chase O’Donnell; 3 sisters, Elizabeth Podloski, Irene (John) Romaniuk & Vicki (Leonard) Bohachyk; numerous nieces & nephews. Mr. Yaceyko was predeceased by his parents, Joseph & Mary; in-laws, Rodolphe & Berthe Lafrance; brother-in-law, Ted Podloski; nephew, Raymond Podloski. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, April 18 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul with Reverend Father Andrew Schoenberger as the celebrant. Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations may be made to Haying in the 30’s (Cancer Support Society) c/o 5626-51 Street, St. Paul, Alberta T0A 3A1.
