Obituary

On October 23, 2024, Mr. Steve Krankowsky of St. Paul, Alberta passed away at the age of 85 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Marie-Ange; daughter, Laurie (Gerald) Gervais; son, Darwin (Marla) Krankowsky; 5 grandchildren, Janelle (Matt) Benning, Brendan (Gabriella) Gervais & Nathan, Makayla, Aliya Krankowsky; 2 great-grandchildren, Miles & Colton Benning; siblings, Irene Starkevich, Raymond (Linda) Krankowsky & Lorraine Tchir; in-laws, Deanna Krankowsky, Roger (Yolande) Malo, Paul Malo, Lionel Malo & Denis (Shaula) Malo; numerous nieces & nephews. Steve was predeceased by his parents, Tony & Helen Krankowsky; siblings, Jean Wysocki, Mary Mistol, Albert Krankowsky & baby girl, Lorraine; in-laws, Mike Wysocki, Pete Mistol, Ed Starkevich & Marion Tchir. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Pastor Kelly Sibley will be officiating with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Lac Bellevue.
