On April 21, 2024, Mrs. Mary Rogoza of Waskatenau passed away at the age of 95 years. She is survived by 2 daughters, Dolores Dahmer & Sandra (Bernie) Rozak; 11 grandchildren, Corina, Kevin (Melinda), Dwayne, Lori, Greg (Lori), Don, Terilynn (Keith), Chris (Eileen), Ryan (Jo), Jason (Sheena) & Kayla (Garrett); 23 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Alex (Emily) Starchuk; sister, Vicky Hupka; sisters-in-law, Pauline Bida, Sophie Rogoza & Lillian Starchuk; brother-in-law, Nick Rogoza. Mrs. Rogoza was predeceased by her husband, John; 2 grandchildren, Troy & Bradley; daughter, Linda; parents, George & Axenia Starchuk; 5 brothers, John, Steve, Nick, Bill & Metro; sister, Doris Cholowski. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday April 26 at 11:00 a.m. at Waskatenau Community Centre, Waskatenau. Reverend Father Michael Maranchuk & Rt. Rev. Alexandre Palamarchuk will be officiating, with interment in St. Volodymyr Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery, Waskatenau.
