Obituary

It is with profound sadness that the family of Adrian Warren Joseph Ouellette announce his sudden passing after a brief illness. He was born on May 3, 1995 and passed away in Edmonton, Alberta on December 22, 2022. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Teresa Ouellette; 2 brothers, Keith (Dawn) Ouellette & Justin (Kelli) Ouellette; his adored little sister, Emma; grandmothers, Elaine Onciul & Lorraine Ouellette; nieces & nephews, Gabriel, Shanine, Lila, Hollie & Silas; numerous aunts, uncles & cousins (many who were his closest friends). He was predeceased by his father, Yvon; grandfathers, Arnold Onciul & Leo Ouellette. Adrian’s last wish will be fulfilled as his beautiful long hair is being donated to make a wig for a child in need. A Celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children’s Make a Wish Foundation – Northern Alberta c/o 5626-51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
