From: Elaine Bartee

My condolences to all of Walter’s family. Although I didn’t know him personally, I always associated Walter with the Stoney Lake rodeo as well as an mainstay of the Stoney Lake area. He was well respected by neighbours, family and friends. May he rest in peace.

From: margaret zacharuk & family
Relation: my late husband Ed's uncle

Sorry to hear that Uncle Walter has passed away. He lived a full long life many of us admired. We were always amazed of how much energy and happiness he got out of the Jamborees he attended well into his later years. May his family cherish all the memories he shared with each and every one. May God bless

From: Darrell May
Relation: Neighbor/Friend

Condolences from the May family, long time neighbors and friends. Walter was a very respected member of our Stony Lake community, and a hero/idol to young men of my generation. He will always be remembered.

From: Norma Lorenson

A kind quiet gentle man who took great pride in the Stoney Lake Riders and the Stoney
