On August 15, 2024, Philip Clarence Faithful of Frog Lake, Alberta passed away at the age of 49 years. He is survived by his parents, Clarence & Dianne Faithful; siblings, Keith (Heather) Faithful, Samantha (Ricky) Mountain & Preston (Robin) Faithful; children, Shanneya Quinney-Faithful, Levi Belcourt, Lazarus Potts, Larissa Potts, Lazlo Faithful & Creedence Faithful; grandchildren, Leo Harper, Logan Harper, Stephanie Harper, Cynthia Harper, Amirah Stanley, Lazarus Jr., Nazareth “Nazzy” & Starr; paternal aunts & uncles, Gloria (Robert) McGilvery, Audrey Faithful, Wanda Faithful, Valerie Faithful, Cheryl Faithful, Dwayne (Monica) Faithful & Dorothy (Arnold) Whitstone; maternal aunts & uncles, Alex Bendera, Vic (Marlene) Bendera, Vicky Uhryn, Rose, Mary (Wayne) Hesse, June (Jerry) Onyschuk, (Godmother) Linda Bendera, Nick (Charlotte) Bendera, (Godfather) Peter Bendera & Debbie (Danny) Woods; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, kokoms & mosoms. Philip was predeceased by his paternal chapans, Sam & Maryann Faithful, Thomas Moyah & Ellen Fiddler; paternal grandparents, Philip Faithful & Norma Faithful-Quinney; paternal aunt, Laura Faithful; paternal cousins, Christopher Faithful, Mark Faithful, Evan Faithful & Tyler Faithful; maternal Baba & Gido, John & Anne Bendera; maternal aunts & uncles, Kaye (Ed) Edgelow, Elsie (Ed) Constantine, Wendy Bendera, Edna Bendera, Cliff Uhryn & Ed Short; maternal cousins, Lyle Edgelow, Debbie Short & Audrey Bergen. A Wake will be held on Thursday, August 22 (leaving Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m.) at Norman C. Quinney Careers Centre, Frog Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 23 at 11:00 a.m. at Norman C. Quinney Careers Centre, Frog Lake with interment in Anglican Cemetery, Frog Lake.
