Obituary
On June 4, 2024, Mr. Matthew Tanouye of Edmonton, Alberta formerly of St. Paul, Alberta, passed away at the age of 47 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl; 2 sons, Logan & Kadence; mother, Nita (Larry) Windiuk; in-laws, Eugene & Judy Lesyk; 2 brothers, Greg (Janis) & Michael; sisters-in-law, Lori (Robert) Martin & Sheena (Michael) Maxwell; nieces & nephews, Ethan, Isaac, Dylan, Shelby, Ethan, Gavin, Aiden & Madison; Baba, Jean Lesyk; numerous relatives & friends. Matthew was predeceased by his father, Gerard; brother, Jimmy; Gido, Bill Lesyk; Baba, Zenia Haraba. A Visitation will be held on Friday, June 14 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 15 at 2:00 p.m. at Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, St. Paul. Reverend Father Bohdan Nahachewski will be officiating with interment in the church cemetery. Those wishing to view the service online may do so by clicking the Live Service tab above.
