Obituary
On August 22, 2017, Mrs. Mary Nelson of Lindbergh passed away at the age of 75 years. She is survived by her children, Richard (Sheila) of Elk Point, Trudy (Dominic) Braga of Lindbergh & Douglas (Lori) of Ferguson Flats; 12 grandchildren, Casandra (Ondrej), Deidra (Carl), Lindon, John (Kale), Lisa (Jamie), James (Kara), Vinny, Tino, Katelynn (Ken), Morgan, Jasper & Hunter; 7 great-grandchildren, Emma-May, Gracie, Madilyn, Brielle, Brooklyn, Kathryn & Ryler; siblings, Gabe Bayduza, Pat (Ron) Oster, Bernice (Harry) Zapesocki, Rita Sanregret & Suzan (Jonny) Bartholomew-Nielsen; sisters-in-law, Nadia Bartholomew & Hilda Smith; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Neil’s; parents, Robert & Kathryn Bartholomew; brother, Robert; infant sister, Rose. A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 30 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, Elk Point. Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier will be officiating with inurnment at Ferguson Flats Cemetery, Ferguson Flats. As per Mary’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Richard and Nelson family, so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom. She was a very special lady. Every time I seen her in town when I visited from Newfoundland, we would have wonderful conversations. Without a doubt I know she loved you all very much and was very proud of you all. It is very difficult to lose a Mom as I lost my mom at Christmas this year. Hopefully knowing that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this very difficult time will help you in some way. She will never be truly gone for she will live on through you, her children, her grandchildren and great grandchildren. God bless
