Obituary
On July 28, 2024, Ms. Kaylee Matchatis-Redcrow of Cold Lake & Saddle Lake, Alberta passed away at the age of 21 years. She is survived by her mother, April Matchatis; siblings, Duane Redcrow (Brianna), Brandon Redcrow (Nikki), Alycia Matchatis, Logan Matchatis, Kristian Matchatis-Redcrow & Sophia Wood; grandmother, Valerie Wood; kokom, Doreen Moyah; nieces & nephews, Louella, Greyson, Carter & Allie-Grace; numerous aunts & uncles. Kaylee was predeceased by her father, Adrian Redcrow Jr.; mosom, Adrian Redcrow Sr.; papa, Lester Wood; auntie, Samantha Wood; uncle, Gabe Papaianni. A Wake will be held on Saturday August 3 (leaving Grace Gardens at 12:00 p.m.) at Cold Lake First Nation’s Band Hall. A Wake will be held on Sunday, August 4 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, August 5 at 1:00 p.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Elder Clifford Cardinal will be officiating with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
