On August 18, 2016, Mrs. Irene Jessie Whitford of Goodfish Lake passed away at the age of 62 years. She is survived by her children, Abigail Bernard, Anthony Whitford, David Whitford (Erica Thompson), Cameron R. Whitford (Gina Cardinal) & Kevin Bernard (Laura Cardinal); grandchildren, Tony McDonald, Larissa Whitford, Ivan Cardinal, Skie Soloway, Dallas Whitford, Delainy Whitford, Danielle Whitford, Cameron Quinn, Kaye Quinn, Elizabeth Okeynan, Thomas Okeynan, Daniel Okeynan, Edward Cardinal, Sarah Cardinal, Zachariah Cardinal, Noah Whitford, Kendra Bernard & Caryin Cordielia Redwood Whitford; 2 brothers, Nelson & Sam Bernard; 3 sisters, Sylvia Whitefish, Mary Senger & Cecile Nielsen. She was predeceased by her father, Archie; mother, Edna (Edward) Bernard; 4 brothers, Paul, Laurie, Rolland & David Bernard; sister, Cornelius Bernard. A Wake will be held on Thursday & Friday, August 25 & 26 at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake (Leaving Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m.). A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 27 at 11:00 a.m. at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake.
