Obituary
On October 4, 2021, Karen Drolet of Edmonton, passed away at the age of 61 years. She is survived by her 2 sons & 1 daughter, Johnathan, Shawn & Annie Dyberg; siblings, Sharlene (Rob) Gobert, Marie (Guy) Pomerleau, Valerie, Doug (Denise), Cliff (Lori) & Anita Carson; numerous nieces & nephews. Karen was predeceased by her husband, Mark Deputat; parents, Bernie & Gwen Drolet; sister, Marilyn. A Private Memorial Service will be held at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul with Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier officiating. Those wishing to view the service online may do so by Livestream on Saturday, October 16 at 1:00 p.m. by clicking the Live Service tab above. A recording of the service will also be made available. I knew Karen probably 25 years ago when we worked at the Edmonton Racetrack. We had alot of fun in those days. We lost touch over the years after she married Mark but I would run into her every now and then. I will treasure the pictures we took at various work functions such as halloween, Christmas, etc. RIP Karen!! Now you are with your husband Mark together again, RIP my friend.
